The business is led by Luke, who brings a wealth of experience from across the landscaping and construction sectors. His background includes working on heritage sites like Windsor Castle and other stately homes, as well as managing large-scale landscaping operations.
Luke also spent time with the National Trust, where he worked in formal gardens, carried out habitat management, and delivered ecological works across wider estates. This environmental expertise adds another layer to his already diverse skill set.
Through our sister company, Sibley Landscapes, he has delivered complex, design-led transformation projects. This crossover of skills ensures that Sibley Contractors offers not only the technical know-how but also a deep understanding of how every stage of a project fits together.
